AISC Names 2015 Safety Award Winners

More than 70 structural steel facilities were awarded for their safety records for 2015. Both “Shop and Office” and “Field Erection” categories were awarded to AISC members.   Midland Steel received an excellent record of safety performance for both the shop and office categories.

A new $30.3 million student housing project allows 245 students to call Beacon Hill home during their studies at the University of Missouri—Kansas City. The 67,000 square foot structure which Midland Steel was a part of building, provides a pedestrian walkway to connect living units to the campus and a fitness center.
